During the festival, stage volunteers assist the musicians and their crews with their stage setup plot (lights and sound). Band equipment is unloaded from trucks, trailers, or personal vehicles/vans, and brought on stage for set up before each show. The gear is the taken down and reloaded after the show. Some equipment can be heavy and require two or more volunteers.
Main stage shows run in two shifts between 9am and 10:30pm.
OLG stage (second stage) shifts run two shifts of six to eight hours between 10am and 11:30pm, and may go past midnight.
